Processing Time

• Default making time: Ships within 20 days

• Production time is calculated from the date your custom details are confirmed

• Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website or relevant tracking platforms.

Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address causes delivery failure or requires reshipment, any additional fees will be the buyer's responsibility. Need to change your address after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible.
