2. Custom Orders

All products are handcrafted to order. Please confirm the following details with our customer service before placing your order:

  • Size

  • Pose (stand / sit / lie down)

  • Color pattern (please provide clear pet photos – we will match as closely as possible)

  • Fur length (short / long)

  • Coloring method (pastel / acrylic)

  • Whether a keychain ring is needed

All custom details are locked at the time of order confirmation. Please make sure every detail is correct before placing your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are as listed on our website

  • Custom orders require full payment or a deposit (as confirmed by customer service)

  • Payment methods are as shown on the Shopify checkout page

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time – adjustments do not affect already confirmed orders

4. Production Time

  • Default making time: Ships within 20 days

  • Rush options (must be confirmed with customer service):

    • 7 days: +45%

    • 10 days: +30%

  • Production time is calculated from the date the deposit is paid and the custom details are confirmed

  • Holidays or force majeure may cause delays – we will notify you in advance

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs vary by region and order. Please refer to the checkout page for the exact rate

  • We will provide a tracking number after shipment – please monitor tracking yourself

  • If an order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees

6. After-Sales Policy

All after-sales claims are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • A complete unboxing video (start from the shipping label, continuous and unedited) is required for any claim

  • For severe damage or obvious mismatch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

All product designs, images, and text on this site are original or legally licensed and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, imitation, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

  • Handmade items naturally bear slight handmade marks – this is not a quality issue

  • Due to material limitations, twist wire creations cannot achieve a perfect 1:1 replica; the final piece leans toward a cute style

  • Pastel-colored areas may experience slight fading – this is normal

  • Fur may become flattened during shipping – a small comb is included to brush it back

  • Color differences due to different devices or lighting are not considered quality issues

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or network failures. We will make every effort to communicate with you and find a solution.
